Our recommendation is that your espresso machine has a minor front end service twice a year, with your second service including a boiler inspection. This frequency works for most high volume sites and ensures your keeping your machine in good condition, safe and compliant.
Grinder servicing frequency can vary depending on how heavily they are used. But if you clean the grinders regularly (at least once a week) we tend to find that they can be serviced at the same time as your espresso machine (twice a year).
